Hey so I read that you have the XLR8 XtraView? I think I might want that too, so I was wondering how it works for you? My Computer is this:

The XLR8 works great for me, except for the occasional system freezes the driver gives me. It does, however, behave a lot of the time. Because you have the new iMacs, you shouldn’t get these as often as I do. As for delay, there is like a 5-10ms delay in applications such as QuickTime Pro (yes I have it), but usually in the XtraView software, because it’s designed for the XtraView, there doesn’t seem to be any lag. I have played games on my good ol’ PS2 on the XLR8, and I won most of the races. It wasn’t a problem for me at all.
As for quality, there is interlacing, which means you might some lines on the screen won’t show at the same time others do. It also only runs at 640×480. In HD terms, it runs at 480i. So, you won’t get HD, sadly. But, it’s great otherwise.
